"November 15, 2022 ­– The United Nations has declared November 18 as the World Day for the Prevention of and Healing from Child Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Violence. The new World Day is aimed at bringing global visibility to the trauma of child sexual abuse, with the hope that governments will take action to fight it. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), millions of children experience sexual violence each year."

Nevertheless, there is still a need for political and legal action to advance equality. The Working Papers highlight the need for change and solution approaches, and provides insights into regulations of European countries. Equality of LGBTIQ* Persons The demand for a National Action Plan in Germany has repeatedly been put forward by political and civil society actors over the last years. Its drafting has now been embraced as a project of the new federal government under chancellor Olaf Scholz in the coalition agreement 2021–2025. In addition, the agreement contains several other concrete projects for the equality of rainbow families and for combating hate crimes against LGBTIQ* persons. The Observatory dedicates its work to the challenges for the equality of LGBTIQ* persons and families in Germany and Europe and, with the following publications, contributes substantively to the preparation of a National Action Plan regarding the rights of LGBTIQ* persons in Germany. National Action Plans National Action Plans have been established as a central and effective tool for the implementation of values codified in international law at national levels, such as the protection of human rights. In the area of human rights of LGBTIQ* persons, it can be observed throughout Europe that the implementation of National Action Plans systematically advances the equality of LGBTIQ* persons. The expertise introduces the tool National Action Plan and summarises demands at the European and German levels for a National LGBTIQ* Equality Action Plan in Germany. Malo je onih sa kojima ti ljudi mogu da razgovaraju. Naročito u malim sredinama."

IZVOR Nezavisna komisija upozorila je u izveštaju na trajne traume kao posledice incesta i seksualnog nasilja nad decom u Francuskoj, dok je vlada najavila niz mera. "Nezavisna komisija za incest i seksualno nasilje nad decom sagledala je ponekad nevidljive posledice incesta na osnovu 16.414 svedočenja ljudi. Komisija je pre godinu dana pozvala na svedočenje žrtve incesta. „Ono što je očigledno kada se čitaju primljeni mejlovi jeste izraz patnje, ekstremne i trajne patnje. Ne misli se na nešto bolno što se davno dogodilo, već na to da se i dalje o tome misli i da se to i sada proživljava“, izjavio je Frans presu sudija i kopredsednik komisije Eduar Diran. Gotovo sve žrtve su pomenule posledice na njihov intimni život i seksualnost u odraslom dobu, kao i na njihovu ulogu roditelja kad su dobili decu. Francuska vlada je posle izveštaja objavljenog u sredu, saopštila sa svoje strane mere za borbu protiv seksualnog nasilja nad maloletnicima. Medđu tim merama je oduzimanje prava na roditeljstvo od incestuoznog roditelja, pokretanje nacionalne kampanje o tom pitanju, kao i profesionalna podrška žrtvama. Seksualno nasilje svake godine u Francuskoj pogodi oko 160.000 maloletnika. Vlasti žele da pojačaju obuku zdravstvenih radnika i finansiraće kampanju prevencije početkom 2023. godine. Vlada želi da „pojača obuku zdravstvenih radnika“ i da finansira „veliku nacionalnu kampanju“ prevencije početkom 2023. godine. Biće postavljene pedijatrijske i psihološke prijemne jedinice širom Francuske. „Srž problema ostaje preterano opušten stav o tom pitanju i niska stopa otkrivanja seksualnog nasilja“, rekao je Diran i dodao da je svaka deseta osoba u Francuskoj bila žrtva seksualnog zlostavljanja u detinjstvu."
